Also wearing a mask when it comes off can cause hearing aids to fly off. Sometimes without noticing. Great post.

Oh, yeah, I can see that being a problem. I’ve actually managed to snag my glasses a few times while removing the mask. Thankfully I’ve never been in a rush while doing it, so my glasses haven’t gone flying off.
An obvious solution is to use a mask that fastens behind the head, but elastic bands around the ears are just so much more convenient.

I have the same problem. I need reading glasses. Not only do they steam up in supermarket chillers, but with a mask I also can’t place them so I can look over the top and see anything more than 1 metre away.

Yeah, I’m near-sighted. Looking over my glasses is arguably worse than looking through them all fogged up…

A friend is struggling with this, only I don’t think she’s been in the frozen food section, just–well, Britain. It’s been a chilly few weeks.

Apparently masks don’t go well with beards either – I have some colleagues who take their facial hair very seriously 😀
