The notification menu informs me that I’ve been with WordPress.com three years today. An auspicious occasion such as this deserves a proper post, but as it is I’m already more than 2000 words behind with NaNoWriMo, so this is all you’re getting 🙂

Keep up the good work! I did Nanowrimo one year and finished in three weeks. I was unemployed at the time, so I suppose that helped. Now it takes years to write that much!

A recent change in my employment situation is a big contributor to my currently lacking word count. I almost didn’t participate but decided at the last minute to dive in.
I’m not that worried about winning as about getting back into the habit of writing every day.
