A few months ago I mentioned how much the Minion loves books.

She has since mastered samiam, as she calls it, and have gone browsing through my shelves for something with a little more substance. Last week this happened…

I’ll need to seriously up my game to keep up with her…
Fantastic! Books are an incredible outlet for children (and adults).
I’m glad you’ve got her hooked at a very young age as this will only grow throughout her life and help to ignite her imagination.
I’m honoured that you stopped by my Travel and Photography blog – many thanks! π

Hehe, I was actually just testing stuff with the link colour issue you asked about in the forums, but you do have some beautiful photos. I wish I could travel more, but not so simple with a toddler.

And here I was, thinking you chose to check out my site…thanks for the feedback.
I’ve always travelled but never had children – it’s a balance. π

Some of my favourite sites I’m following now I discovered by helping people in the forums. It’s a good way to discover sites I wouldn’t have come across otherwise π

That’s a great way to discover sites and I really appreciate your excellent WP support!
As you know, it’s a hard slog gaining exposure/voice with so many millions of sites out there…I think WP Discover is one way, but not sure how to get featured.
I’m happy to keep writing about my travels in the hope that it inspires others. Or, at least shows people that there’s more out there than sitting at home in an arm chair. π

Really the best thing you can do is just create good content. If it’s good enough, people will share it and link to it, which in turn will make it easier to find via Google. And connect with other bloggers. A sincere comment left on someone’s site will almost certainly have them checking out yours in return.

Thanks and that’s what I’ve learnt over the last few years of blogging. Have a great Sunday! π
